Our task was to develop a website based on an existing concept and a static html page.

It had to meet the following requirements: -
it had to fulfill the specifications of the corporate design 100% -
restrained, serious but graphically ambitious
- clearly designed, timeless and minimalist
- sustainable, high-quality and expandable
- implemented in typo3

Quantum AG, headquartered in Hamburg, is divided into three main business areas:

Quantum Real Estate AG
The owner-managed QuantumImmobilien AG has been active on the German real estate market since 1999.

Quantum Project Development GmbH

The future-oriented and sustainable " Quantum Project Development " develops and builds neighborhoods, company offices, residential complexes and high-quality retail spaces.

Quantum Investment GmbH
Quantum Immobilien Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbh has been successfully launching pool and individual funds since 2005.

These three areas should be represented equally on the homepage.

Our concept follows the premise: mobility first!

The entire website is based on a responsive grid for all types of devices. Within this grid, different content elements can be freely placed on the individual pages. Depending on the device used, the elements change their appearance, size and position. At the end, all typo3 pages are combined by the system into a single one-pager, which is triggered by the left-hand side menu. The selected elements naturally snap into the corresponding viewing area.
