Parkvilla Großhansdorf receives D5 Render Showcase Award

We're happy to announce that our visual of Parkvilla Großhansdorf won a D5 Render Showcase Award for Interior Design. Our rendering department, XM Realtime, made the project happen.

Parkvilla Großhansdorf is renovating an important historic building. The villa was originally built as part of the former Großhansdorf sanatorium. Now, it is being renovated with special care for its historical features. This will change the building into a modern place to live.

The goal is to maintain the building's historical character while making it suitable for modern living. The building's big spaces, sunlight, and connection to the nearby park are key parts of its design.

For the visualization, XM Realtime chose a subtle and atmospheric approach. Instead of making the architecture stand out too much, we made it blend in by using lights, materials, and colors that go well together. The images show the peaceful, classic feel of the villa and how old architecture can be lovingly preserved.

We're very happy that this approach has been recognized by D5 Render—and grateful to everyone involved in the project.
