40 Years Hamburg Invest

One city. Many voices.

For the 40th anniversary of Hamburg Invest, we made a cinematic anniversary film that shows the organization in a modern and genuine way. The idea was to create a clear narrative: a question for CEO Dr. Rolf Strittmatter, and the team answering it.


This storytelling approach makes the film so much more than just a typical corporate video. Instead of just focusing on leadership, the film brings together people from all over the organization and creates a collective portrait of Hamburg.

The film mixes cinematic interviews, documentary-style footage, and a sophisticated visual style to bring tradition and a forward-looking perspective together. The result is a high-quality brand film and anniversary video that highlights collaboration, shared responsibility, and Hamburg Invest's role in shaping the future of the city.


The film is a project that combines corporate storytelling, employer branding, and strategic brand communication. It shows how an anniversary campaign can move beyond formal messaging and become a strong, human-centered narrative.
