Digital Trade Fair Management for Hamburg Invest

Hamburg Invest sets up and runs joint Hamburg stands at trade fairs all over the country and the world. These events give companies, institutions, and partners a chance to show off, meet new people, and find new business opportunities, all while making Hamburg more well-known as a place to do business.

To support the complex coordination behind these joint stands, the DOCK+ website was developed using WIX Studio. The platform puts all the relevant project info in one place and serves as a shared workspace for Hamburg Invest, the exhibitors who are taking part, the service providers, and other stakeholders.

DOCK+ makes it easier to create, structure, and manage trade fair projects. You can find exhibitor information, stand data, schedules, tasks, approvals, communication materials, organizational requirements, and documents on the website. This gives you a clear picture of the project's status, what tasks are open, what content is missing, and when deadlines are coming up.

DOCK+ makes it so that teams can work together better by cutting down on the amount of email coordination that needs to happen manually and making sure that information isn't lost. It makes sure everyone's on the same page and that all the different parts of a shared stand are handled well, openly, and on time.

The website went live for MIPIM 2026 and was successfully used as part of a Hamburg joint stand. DOCK+ was a hit, so we're adding more features and developing it into a full platform for planning, managing, and documenting Hamburg Invest's joint trade fair appearances.
